We make returns as easy as possible. You just need to register your return within 14 days of receiving your order through our return portal.

Exceptions to returns

This may sound obvious, but for clarity, you will not receive a full refund in the following cases. In most situations, up to 100% of the purchase amount will be withheld. In other words, your purchase will not be refunded if:

• (Part of) the wallpaper has been applied to the wall or was previously applied.

• (Part of) the wallpaper has been installed in the wrong order.

• (Part of) the wallpaper was torn during installation.

• (Part of) the wallpaper has been otherwise damaged before or during installation.

Samples

Samples cannot be returned. They are custom-made for you and cannot be reused.

Custom wallpaper

Products made with your own photo cannot be returned either, unless a production error or clear mistake on our part has occurred.
