My samples are marked as “delivered”, but I haven’t received anything.

No worries! When we ship samples, a scan of all envelopes is made in advance because the postal carrier doesn’t scan during delivery. This can sometimes cause your order to appear as “delivered” even though it’s still on its way. In most cases, you’ll receive your samples the next day.

If you haven’t received them after two working days, please contact us. We’ll gladly look into it for you and make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
