Why did Klarna or Riverty decline my order?

When you choose to pay afterwards, Klarna or Riverty performs a few automated checks on your order. In some cases, they may decline the payment. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the specific reason for this decision. It can be related to one or more of the following factors:

  • The total amount of your order is too high. There’s a maximum limit for post-payment orders.

  • Your email address is invalid. Make sure you’re using a valid and active email address.

  • You still have outstanding payments with Klarna or Riverty. Settle any open invoices first.

  • The delivery address is incorrect. Double-check that the address details are entered correctly.

  • The delivery address is a pickup point. Klarna and Riverty payments are only available for home delivery, not for pickup locations.

If you correct these details, you can try placing your order again.
