Our warranty covers the following:

• The image on the wallpaper matches the image (or selected section of the image) you ordered on our website.

• The colors of the wallpaper correspond to what you saw in the webshop (minor color differences may occur due to screen settings) or to the tones you selected if you ordered a black-and-white print.

• The dimensions of the wallpaper match the measurements you provided when placing your order.

• The wallpaper is free from tears, irregularities, or printing errors.

If your wallpaper does not meet these conditions, please contact us immediately. We’ll ask you to return the wallpaper for inspection and will review the print files. Of course, we’ll reprint and send your order again at no cost to you.

Please note: we expect you to check your wallpaper carefully for the correct image, color, and quality before applying it to the wall. Once the wallpaper has been installed, we may retain 80% to 100% of the purchase amount if you request a refund under your right of withdrawal after installation.
