You’ll receive the invoice for your order by email once both your order and payment have been completed. The invoice is sent as a PDF attachment. To open it, you’ll need Adobe Acrobat, which you can download here.
If you created an account when placing your order, you can also download the invoice from your account. Simply log in, go to Orders, select the relevant order, and click on Invoice at the top of the order details to download it directly.
Payment by bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you’ll first receive an email with all the necessary payment details. Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll send you the invoice.
Do you need a pro forma invoice to complete your transfer? You can request one from our customer service team.
