My payment failed, is there a technical issue?

If you experience any problems while making a payment, please contact us. We can immediately check whether your payment was received. In the case of a double charge due to a system error, we’ll refund the duplicate payment right away. You’ll receive the amount back in your account within 1 to 3 business days.

If you suspect a banking issue, you can check your bank or this status page of our payment provider to see if your bank is currently experiencing a technical outage.
